International exchange of ideas on smart grids and storage Meeting of the International Cleantech Network in Hamburg
What makes the Cleantech cluster stand out? How is it different? At the meeting of the International Cleantech Network (ICN) from 27 to 31 May 2013, representatives from 12 international cluster organisations will discuss targets and working methods in Hamburg. This time, the meeting is being organised by the cluster Renewable Energy Hamburg.
The workshops will focus on storage, forms of mobility based on renewable energies, renewable energies in building construction and smart grids. Participants will also do a tour in the area of the International Building Exhibition (IBA), and visit a senate reception in the Hamburg city hall, as well as the event “Treffpunkt Erneuerbare Energien Hamburg“ (network event of the cluster Renewable Energy Hamburg).
The International Cleantech Cluster has been in existence since 2009. The cluster includes the following members: ACLIMA (Basque country), Colorado Clean Energy Cluster (CCEC) (USA), Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster (CCC) (Denmark), ECO WORLD STYRIA (Austria), Renewable Energy Hamburg, Lombardy Energy Cluster (Italy), Oslo Renewable Energy and Environment Cluster (OREEC) (Norway), Singapore Sustainability Alliance (SSA) (Singapore), Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster (RTCC), North Carolina (USA) and Tenerrdis (France).
