Sharp Electronics Europe GmbH has 17 subsidiaries, one laboratory, three factories and eleven sales offices in Europe. Its product portfolio in the field of renewable energies includes PV modules and, for example, the "Smart Chap", a computer unit that can monitor energy flows between PV systems, storage systems and the public grid. To date, Sharp has supported customers such as Eurosol and SunEnergy Europe.
