CMB Germany GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of CMB NV, a diversified shipping and logistics group based in Antwerp. Shipping is part of CMB's DNA with a history of 125 years.

CMB owns and operates 139 seagoing vessels in bulk (Bocimar), container transport (Delphis), chemical tankers (Bochem) and crew transfer vessels (Windcat Workboats) with offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Hamburg, Amsterdam and throughout the UK. CMB is also active in the cleantech sector (CMB.Tech). CMB.Tech is an active developer and integrator of hydrogen solutions with a focus on engineering, hydrogen production, industrial and marine applications. Besides the applications which run on clean fuels, CMB.Tech is also focussing on the production and supply infrastructure for clean fuel.
