Heinze Akademie is a continuing education institution founded in Hamburg in 1937 and is now owner-managed in its third generation.

With its educational offerings, Heinze Akademie primarily addresses skilled professionals in technical and industrial occupations.

Its broad portfolio, which is regularly adapted to changing market requirements, includes:

• Training programs leading to the qualification of State-Certified Technician in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Construction Engineering. These are two- or three-year programs culminating in state-recognized final examinations.
• Advanced professional qualifications leading to technical certifications issued by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), in particular Industrial Foreman, Industrial Technician, Technical Business Administrator, Business Administrator, Technical Business Administrator (IHK), as well as AEVO (Trainer Aptitude) preparation courses.
• Digital training programs in the field of hydrogen and fuel cell technology.

The above-mentioned programs are offered both on a full-time basis and alongside employment, both in face-to-face formats in Hamburg and, to a large extent, nationwide as digital programs.

Heinze Akademie is state-recognized as a technical college (Fachschule für Technik) and is certified in accordance with AZAV.

Since 2020, the Studio Team of Heinze Akademie has also been offering its expertise in the development and delivery of digital learning solutions to third-party clients. Its services range from the conception and development of digital training programs to customized, white-label multi-tenant solutions provided as “eAcademy as a Service”.
