Chatham Partners is a Hamburg-based commercial law firm specializing in energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects. Since our founding in 2016, we have been providing comprehensive and sustainable advice to national and international energy suppliers, project developers, investors, grid operators, and companies throughout the entire life cycle of complex renewable energy projects—from project initiation and acquisition to project development, including tenders, approval and planning procedures, to implementation and commissioning.

We support our clients in the drafting and negotiation of all relevant project agreements (including PPAs, grid and supply agreements), in contract and claims management, in regulatory issues relating to German and European energy law, and in (arbitration) court proceedings. We also assist with the legal structuring of transactions at the interface of energy law, corporate/M&A, financing, and real estate law.
