Your Role

You will be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from project evaluation to commercial operation. By building strong relationships and streamlining processes, you'll help maximize customer success while collaborating with internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and operations.
• Build strong relationships through regular engagement and proactive support.
• Translate customer needs into insights for internal teams.
• Educate customers on energy trading and the market.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve retention strategies.

Your Profile

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, project management, or business development in energy.
• Fluent in German & English (written & spoken).
• Problem-solving mindset – proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-starter – works independently and drives change.

Bonus Skills:

• Industry expertise in battery storage or renewables.
• Experience in energy trading or project development.
