Unser Hamburg-Offshore-Wind-Conference-Partner DNV GL bietet ein Webinar zum Thema "Floating offshore wind: Attract financing by reducing and managing risk" an. Mehr Informationen zu Inhalt und Anmeldung finden Sie nachfolgend.
Floating wind is expected to play a significant part in the future offshore wind energy market. There is currently around 50 MW of floating wind installed globally but this is expected to increase six-fold in the next three years. DNV GL expects further development to more than 4 GW in 2030 and over 30 GW in 2040. This represents considerable growth and financing is needed to realize this expansion in projects.
But as floating wind is a relatively new technology, it is important to understand the challenges and carefully manage the risks, which are specific to floating wind projects. It is also crucial to have a clear approach for making a floating project attractive for financing, from both the equity and debt perspectives, considering the entire lifecycle of the project. Securing financing for your project often means undergoing a rigorous due diligence process, intended to give your investors and lenders the necessary comfort about how the risks are managed throughout project development. Increasingly, project risk can be managed with the selection of proven technologies.
This 60-minute webinar is incredibly relevant for equity investors, banks and financial institutions, legal advisors, financial advisors, contractors, technology developers or anyone interested in floating wind technology.
