Course Background DNV GL has been involved in offshore wind energy since 1984 and has had a dedicated offshore wind team since 2000. The team has grown steadily in size and experience encompassing most of the technical disciplines involved in offshore wind farms: wind turbine technology; wind farm layout design; wind and energy analysis; marine civils; electrical engineering; installation; and operation and maintenance (O&M).

DNV GL’s global offshore wind advisory service has experience extending to analyses in practically all oceans of the world.
